Our goal is to get you fit, durable, and confident in your ability to protect yourself and use Jiu-Jitsu for whatever context you need. Class Schedule

Weekly martial arts class schedule with time slots for different age groups and levels from Monday to Saturday.

Adult classes

  • Two people practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on mats; one person is on the ground gripping the other's collar while the other is leaning over, both wearing gis.

    gi

Gi classes focus on traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training while wearing the kimono (gi). Students learn techniques that use grips on the uniform for control, submissions, and defense, building both technical skill and a deeper understanding of the art. Training in the gi will teach you how to use these grips in both self-defense and competition Jiu-Jitsu situations.

  • Two men practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu on a mat, one in a black Rashguard and the other in a navy and red rashguard, engaging in a grappling hold.

    No-Gi

No-Gi classes focus on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques without the traditional uniform. Training is done in athletic wear such as rash guards and shorts, emphasizing grips on the body, solid positioning, and fluid movement for control and submissions.

  • Group of people in a martial arts or boxing training room, standing on mats, some with hands on hips, facing a man in a black shirt who appears to be instructing.

    Wrestling

Wrestling is the world’s oldest sport. It’s techniques and training methods have been refined for centuries. All of our coaches have years of experience in Folk style wrestling and understand the impact it can have on your overall grappling skills. We offer this class to supplement our student’s training as well as support local SF wrestling. This class is free to all current and active wrestlers.

Kids classes

  • 5-7 years old

The 5-7 year old program is aimed at introducing your child to the basics of Jiu-jitsu in a fun and safe environment. We want to instill core values like self-confidence, respect, and discipline while teaching them coordination, listening skills, and how to work with others.
